Engrave one side and leave the other for cutting! NSF certified under standard 02. Meets FDA regulation 21CFR177.1520 item 2.1. USDA compliant & AG Canada approved. Made of polypropylene material. Made in the USA. 1/2" thick plastic cutting board, resistant to bending, chipping and cracking. Multi-purpose & hygienic and HDPE (High Density Polyethylene Plastic)
